Since 1999, Italex Builders, Inc. has been serving in the Austin and surrounding areas, providing Commercial General Contracting. Specializing in Multi-Family remodels, Commercial ground up construction, interior finish-outs and Residential new construction and remodels. Our goal is to provide high quality workmanship and give every customer good quality service.  We have grown from a single person Owner / Operator Construction Company and worked towards becoming one of the largest Construction Companies in Austin. With our attention to detail and solution oriented management, many of our clients are repeat customers and appreciate our hard work and dedication.


In 1980 Luke Sanchez joined a Commercial Real-estate company in Austin, Texas and worked for the company for over 32 years. He worked his way up to Vice President of the company, Managing over 1.8 million square feet of Commercial and Multi-Family Properties. Specializing in Land Developments, Supervision of the Commercial Maintenance staff and Construction Superintendent / Project Manager on all Commercial Tenant finish-outs. Advancing in the company and after compiling 32 years of valuable experience, it was finally decided to make Italex Builders, Inc. a reality and open the doors full time.
